Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity Working as part of our Talent Team, the newly established Talent Strategy and Management Team supports key Talent activities for Waka Kotahi. Our fun, close knit and collaborative Talent Team has a great opportunity for a Senior Talent Advisor who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Emerging Professionals Programme (EPP) and Emerging Professionals (EP's) to support the development of a strong pipeline of talent for Waka Kotahi. You will be the people leader to the EP's, working in collaboration with the business and the EP's rotational people leader, to ensure their success on the programme and future placement in Waka Kotahi. You will work with other teams in Pūmanawa Tāngata to ensure Emerging talent activities are aligned to other activity and add value to Waka Kotahi.Ko koe tēnei | About you To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in an organisational development role and may have experience in other human resource practices
- An understanding of organisational development and change management models and strategies
- Experience in leading and coaching teams, with a preference for early in career including leading and coaching graduates
- Experience managing a wide range of relationships
- Understanding of methods for needs analysis, facilitation techniques and evaluation frameworks
- Ability to produce analytics and insights for management information
