About the Team
We are currently looking for a Sr Associate Software Development Engineer to join our new Payroll development team, based in Auckland, New Zealand.
About the Role- Write and maintain solid, robust, efficient and maintainable code using Workday's Object Oriented framework and tools- Write reliable unit, integration, and system level tests that will run on our continuous delivery pipeline- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features in the Workday Payroll product- Mentor and learn from other team members through pairing, code reviews, knowledge shares, hackathons, etc.
About You
Basic Qualifications-
- 3+ years' design and development experience in an object oriented language such as Java, C#, or similarOther Qualifications- You are a problem solver who is motivated by successfully delivering new features and functionality to users- You possess a good understanding and appreciation of test automation principles- You have familiarity with what is required to craft, build, test, and supervise a business critical software solution in production- Knowledge of XML and Integration technologies- You have a passion for code quality- You like working on an agile team
Salary range for the role is NZD $71,700 - $107,500 (depending on experience). As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and equity.
