**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**
Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Kairuruku - General-Purpose Research Assistant on a casual contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with academic staff and Law Library staff to prepare course materials using Talis.
- Liaising with printers and Campus Books to prepare printed course materials.
- Provide efficient and timely research support to academic staff as required. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Proofreading.
- Sourcing research material.
- Research and writing assistance.
**Ō pūmanawa - About you**
You will be a motivated, third or fourth year undergraduate or postgraduate law student who has a solid academic record, is capable, dependable, has good time management and communication skills and can work well in a team.
Key requirements:
- Good time management skills.
- Good communications skills.
- Can work well in a team.
