- Provide a fantastic in store experience including welcoming, assisting, and building strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up on any customer issues promptly and with expected periods.
- Helping front line cashiers if need assistance
- Shop maintenance and assist Sales, Warehouse and other department if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Outgoing personality and an excellent team player.
- Attention to details.
- Able to work in weekend and Public Holiday works are expected in a retail work environment
