Te Kura Waihanga - School of Architecture is a vibrant, multi-disciplinary School that now seeks an energetic, enthusiastic, and talented colleague to play a key role teaching in our Landscape Architecture programme. Accredited by the New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects the programme is committed to the creative planning and design of resilient landscapes through teaching, research, and service. It integrates the study of landscape architecture design, theory, and practice with urban and regional planning, architecture, and environmental science. **Key responsibilities**: - Academically rigorous teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels across a variety of formats and topics (from digital technology to professional conduct) to the highest standards - Continue or develop ongoing research activity that informs teaching and contributes to industry needs - Active engagement with iwi, hapu, industry, government, professions and diverse communities - Contribution to the collegial development of the programme, School and Faculty in service roles **O pumanawa - About you** You must demonstrate expertise in teaching and practice; exhibit innovation in design or design-related teaching; understand the degree content and curriculum structure in our professional degree, and show strong promise of making significant contributions to the advancement of contemporary landscape architecture design practice.
