Sales & Marketing Admin

Are you ready to leverage your sales expertise and passion for customer service in a role with growth potential? We’re on the hunt for a motivated **Sales & Marketing Admin** to join our team. This role will start as a part-time position, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water blasting industry.
- Follow up closely on project progress to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.

**Marketing & Customer Service**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain the full CRM system to track and follow up on client progress.
- Oversee and update company social media accounts with relevant content and engage with the online community.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing files.

**Must Haves**:

- Fluent in English is a must with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent positive to-do attitude and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- NZ Full Driving License, must be able to travel around Auckland.

**Good to Have**:

- Prior experience in sales and marketing roles with a strong customer service background will be good but not essential. Full training will be provided.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot), marketing tools, and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is a plus but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
