We’re looking for an inspiring and empowering Centre Manager for Lollipops Paraparaumu, who can embody our values and bring out the best in the people around them. Someone whose rich experience and depth of knowledge and experience in ECE, can provide the guidance and support to ensure the highest quality ECE services for our families.
Whether you’ve managed a centre already or you are an experienced Team Leader/Manager and you just know you are ready to take on that challenge, we’ll provide you with all the support and leadership mentoring you need to achieve your potential in this role. And with more than 2,000 colleagues and 110 other centres nationwide, there’s no shortage of expertise on hand.

- A qualified and experienced registered ECE teacher, you’ll have proven people leadership experience, backed by a strong track-record across the other key elements that are critical to operating a wonderful centre.
