If you have insulation installation skills and experience, and/or building/ construction experience with a proven work ethic and reliability, you could be earning $1100 - $1800 per week or more with us.

We pay very competitive install rates - by the metre. we can offer the following:

- Based on what you are able to offer/ demonstrate:

- Less than 3 years experience - you can earn $1100-$1300 pw or more
- More than 3 years experience - you can earn $1400 - $1800 pw or more
- Team leader bonus - on quality/productivity
- Immediate start and Full-time Permanent role available now
- Working Monday - Friday between 7am and 7pm

Brightr is one of the largest insulation providers in New Zealand and has work available now in our residential retro-fit, new build and commercial insulation teams.

What will you be doing?
- To install insulation as per the customer quote following EECA guidelines and NZS 4246:2016
- Examining plans, specifications and work sites to determine the type and quality of installations
- Preparing site for insulation and installation of fittings

If this is new for you we also provide full training, including opportunities for career development and to achieve a NZ Certificate in Insulation Installation

Who are you?
- Have install experience [preferable]
- Ability to work in confined spaces [underfloor/ceiling]
- Must have a valid full drivers license
- Hard working and reliable
- Great work ethic
- Can do attitude and a team player
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $1,800.00 per week
