With New Zealanders expected to spend over 400 million dollars on online shopping this holiday season, and our client plays a fundamental role in ensuring all packages get to their intended destination.
We are on the lookout for a Courier Driver with a strong work ethic, who is up for the challenge of a fast-paced working environment.
Offering $23 per hour, this position operates from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm as well additional Saturday work based off volumes. This role will be on a casual basis through the peak busy season.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Ensuring courier packages are delivered safely and timely.
Occasionally required to lift heavy parcels.
Using scanning technology, and ensuring tracking of parcels is accurately completed.

**What we’re looking for**:
Must be available to work Mon - Sat
A Class 1 Licence (minimum), with the ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
An understanding of the Waikato region and its different areas is highly advantageous.
Physically fit, with the ability to safely manage medium to heavy weighted parcels.
Reliability and strong work ethic is a must for this position Previous courier experience is an advantage, however on paid on-the-job training will be provided.
All employees are required to undergo a pre-employment drug test prior to commencing in this role, and are required to have a clean criminal record.
