**C&T Hamilton Branch. **We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and inspirational hands-on
**Customer Service & Business Support Superstar **to support our
**Conveyor/Belt Technicians team.**

**Y**
**our responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with job planning, processing orders, invoices, credits, and goods receipting.
- Stock ordering, stock counts, and dispatching Conveyor stock
- Purchasing goods from suppliers, booking in overseas shipments with an agent, getting quotes, booking in trucks as required
- Entering staff overtime and assisting the manager with payroll.
- Filling, stationary, and General office duties.

**To be successful in this role you need to**:

- Be committed to engaging and working with the Team to deliver success
- A great phone manner, helpful disposition, and the ability to keep calm in challenging situations
- Great Customer service skills. You must be able to put your customers first and want to give amazing service with every point of contact.
- Solution-orientated approach to problems, we love helping customers
- Be conscious of Health & Safety
- Good verbal and written communication. Ensure your communication, language, and interactions with everyone while at work are professional, clear, and appropriate
- Have the ability to follow procedures, and systems and solve problems
