**Your new role**
As a seasoned professional with expertise in the pest control and agricultural industries, you will have a passion for building lasting relationships with key clients. Lead and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base in the Auckland and Northland territory. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as a Technical Sales Representative or Key Account Manager within the pest control and agricultural industries.
- In-depth knowledge of pest control and agricultural products, services, and market dynamics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Great customer service skills and solutions focused mindset.
