We are currently looking for a **Mechanical Maintenance Fitter (Production Fitter)** to join our team.

**The Role**

Step into our reliability team in this preventative maintenance role, looking after our assets across Lion:

- Reliability activities to optimise production and minimise downtime
- Scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance
- Respond to breakdowns
- Assist contractors attending the site for equipment maintenance
- Champion a safety-first culture across the Brewery Bullet Points

These are a shift-based roles, on 2-week rotations. This will include 2 weeks of mornings (6am - 2pm) followed by 2 weeks of afternoons (2pm - 10pm) on rotation.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- A mechanical maintenance trade qualification or equivalent
- Strong hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
- Decision making in ambiguous situations
- Proven communication ability and a team player attitude
- Strong motivation to succeed and deliver quality results
