**About the Role**
- This role plays a vital part in providing administration support to the Emergency Department leadership team, Key functions include general administration duties and also include_ communicating across internal and community stakeholders, scheduling meetings and taking minutes, and general administrative duties._ Applicants must be computer competent and be able to navigate systems such as TEAMS and SharePoint._

- Te Ara Tiaki Pakeke, Healthy Ageing service has been established to work in collaboration with older people, their whanau, health stakeholders, and the wider community to enable older people to get access to health services and supports which enable them to “live well, age well and have a respectful end of life in age-friendly communities”. This administration role is focused on our contractual obligations to our ACC contracts for the Fracture Liaison and Community Strength and Balance services as part of a wider administration team._

**About you**
- _Do you have excellent administration, customer service and interpersonal skills with the motivation to excel in all things you do?_

- _Minimum of one year of experience in an administration role with hospital based experience preferred_
- _Excellent oral and written communication skills_
- _Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team_
- _Proven organisational skills and attention to detail_
- _Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise appropriately_
- _Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines_
- _A positive attitude to go the extra mile to assist others_
- _Competency with Te Ao Māori, Tikanga, and Te Reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth_
- _A “can do” attitude_
- _Ability to navigate and welcome change as the service continues to grow and develop_
- _Ability to engage with different team members, patients and whanau_
- _High trust and reliability_
- _Knowledge of ACC would be an advantage but not required as training will be provided_
