**Atu mo te mahi - About the role**
Our client is recruiting an exciting role within their Manukura Māori team. This team is deeply woven through all parts of their business, and an embedded te ao Māori worldview is at the heart of what this company does. If you are an experienced administrator or a PA who is fluent in Te Reo and looking for your next role in a prominent company where every day is new and exciting, then this is the role for you.

Supporting multiple partners this role will see you working between tasks from diary management, creating reports right through to invoicing and events. Fostering strong relationships will be a key to success within this organisation.

**Te āhua o Te Tūrunga - The nature of the role will include**:

- Diary and travel management
- Managing inbox's and phones when required
- Preparing and editing documents
- Assisting with Events
- Liaising with key stakeholders and senior management

**Ngā tino Pūkenga/Whēako - In addition to the above attributes, you will require**:

- Being able to converse in Te Reo
- 1-2 years in busy coordination, PA role or similar
- Knowledge of Te reo me ōna tikanga and awareness of iwi and hapū dynamics, and sensitivity to Kaupapa Māori
- Pro-active approach and superior communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages

This is a busy and challenging role that would suit someone who is incredibly organised and used to prioritising workload for extremely busy managers. You will also be a strong team player with a proactive attitude.
