**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
Our Performance and Reward team is looking for a Performance & Reward Analyst. The key purpose of the role will be to deliver high-quality total reward analytics and advice, and contribute to our performance & reward programmes and annual reward cyclical processes. You will provide service excellence through partnering with key stakeholders across Woolworths New Zealand.
Working end-to-end across our Performance & Reward function, you’ll also be responsible for:
- Providing job evaluations using the Hay Pay methodology
- Conducting market analysis, benchmark internal relativities and remuneration recommendations in line with business requirements and market conditions
- Completion of annual survey submissions
- Key contact for Mobility, Benefits and Reward Analytics
- Providing analytical and professional level support to the Performance and Reward partnering teams
- Contribution to annual remuneration cycles including data preparation, communication and education
- Meeting goals and target service levels and ensuring compliance to policy and legislation
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities through monitoring service performance and analytics
- Utilising appropriate total reward tools and systems to optimise processes
- Formulate and design analysis for key stakeholders, including identification of insights and trends
**About You | Mōu**
We are looking for a skilled reward specialist who can demonstrate experience in a large, complex environment.
You’ll also have:
- Experience in job evaluations and benchmarking in large complex organisations
- Proven proficiency in compensation concepts, HRIS systems, practices, and methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in delivering all elements of a compensation cycle including annual remuneration review, short term and long term incentive plans and salary survey submissions to 3rd party providers
- Strong analytical and insight generation skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal relationships with business stakeholders
- Knowledge of employment contract management
- Exceptional computer skills with all Office and Google suites
- Knowledge of Hay Pay Methodology is highly desirable
- Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Exposure to Agile principles desirable
