**As a Caregiver at our **Summerset on the Landing** Village, you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident’s daily lives.

**This is a permanent full-time role working on a 4 on - 2 off rotation of night shifts**

Typical duties include:

- Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes
- Aiding with hygiene, such as showering
- Assisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises

You will naturally be empathetic, kind and patient, and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to people’s lives.

You’ll bring with you:

- Experience in aged care or a similar role
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Commitment to working night shifts
- Ability to work a roster pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off
