Viavio Limited manufactures and sells high quality Italian style cheeses in Nelson. Our product assortment varies from fresh cheeses (mozzarella, stracchino, ricotta, burrata, etc.) to aged ones (caciocavallo, gorgonzola, fontal, etc.).

We are looking for a cheese factory worker who will support the cheese factory activities mainly packaging and cleaning.

Job description
- Perform cheese cutting and packaging using the appropriate tools and machineries
- Help with parcels preparation for dispatching
- Perform cheese factory cleaning activities (crucial in our business)
- Help in basic production activities

Please note that the production activities may require long hours of work even at evening in order to make sure that the cheese is ready for delivery in the morning.

Required skills:
Food processes experience

Deep knowledge and attitude towards food processes hygiene standard compliance

Willingness to work in team and good personal grooming is essential.
