Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Manager’s primary focus is on defining and leading product ideas to ensure development investment results in well-defined products for existing users. There is also an exciting opportunity to lead the discovery and be involved in the launch of new product and market expansion in the future. You will become the product expert through building relationships with customers to better understand their desires and pain-points, along with the use of customer/end-user data, and market knowledge. The Product Manager will drive and execute the product strategy through strong collaboration via working closely with the UX Designer and Development team and in tandem with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to ensure alignment to the overall growth of Forbury’s product range.

In joining their innovative, customer-centric, and highly motivated team, you will match their drive, be agile and proficient with Microsoft Excel. A previous Product Management background within a Tech/Software setting is necessary, whereas a Real Estate/Property background would be desirable. Equally as important is your customer-centric approach to drive product discovery and design. You will enjoy working cohesively with the wider Forbury team and won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. On a personal level you will be self-motivated with a proactive and communicative style, along with strong interpersonal skills and disciplines around planning. You will be able to demonstrate consistent presentation and relationship building skills and relish working as part of a collective team that continually goes the extra mile in delivering the bespoke products and solutions to their customers.
