- This is a **Permanent Full-time** role
- **Monday to Friday** - 40 hours guaranteed
- With the convenience of secure staff parking and located in **Penrose, Auckland.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Operations Controller and Branch Manager, you’ll be working with the document storage warehouse team helping to process and prepare retrieval orders quickly and accurately to meet the daily run schedule of the drivers.

The key accountabilities of the role will include but are not limited to the following:

- Working at heights to process contractual services and inward and outbound orders
- RF scanning, including information input into the computer system
- Collaboration with customers and suppliers where required

This is a full-time position with the workdays being **Monday - Friday**, with the daily rostered hours to be worked between **7:30 am - 5:30 pm**.

You will be someone who can get on with people from all walks of life. Someone who can take instructions, implement a daily/weekly work plan, and demonstrate professionalism with a can-do attitude.
- You are an energetic, outgoing person who is organized, can manage your time well, and multitask effectively.
- Comfortable working at heights is a must ( You will be trained in using the Man-Up machines)
- Applicants must be fit, healthy, and able to lift heavy loads (max 25kg) when necessary
- Forklift license and experience preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment essential
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
