Are you tech-savvy and ready to jump into a full-time role where you can make a real impact? We’re looking for a dedicated D&T Intern to support our Mobile Phone and Windows Set Up project. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a passion for IT who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Location: Ōtāhuhu, Auckland
Contract Type: Full Time Internship (40 hours/ week)

Internship Duration: 2 months/ 8 weeks from 16th Sept - 15th Nov 2024

What You'll Do:

- Contribute to documentation and administrative tasks, including stocktaking and inventory tagging, to ensure our systems run efficiently.
- Identify and escalate more complex issues to our Service Desk team for resolution.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills - you'll be an essential part of our support team.
- An IT background - whether you’ve got credentials or hands-on experience, we want to hear from you.
- Familiarity with Auto Pilot and/or Microsoft Intune is a plus, setting you apart in this role.
- Must have the legal right to work full-time (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday in New Zealand.
