The Health, Safety and Security Enablement team are looking for talented Advisors to join our team and assist in making our place a safer place to work. Reporting to the Manager Advisory Group, Health Safety and Security Enablement, The Advisor HSS will work as member of the Advisory Group in the Health Safety and Security Enablement Team, this role would be involved in growing best Health & Safety and Security practices from the ground up.
As a member of our rōpū, you would support other members of the Enablement Team in the delivery of projects, initiatives, reports, and training programmes and contribute to the development and/or review of appropriate Health and Safety & Security policies, procedures and projects as required.
You will also support the Health and Safety Operations Group including the health and safety business partners, representatives and committees and support our National Security Operations Group including Regional Security Managers, Judicial Security Managers
Our teams are often operating in high pressure environments, mitigating significant risk in a reactive operational court environment, while planning and driving a culture of continual improvement, across the wider Te Tāhū health and safety system

Utu ā-tau/Salary

**Salary Range**: The appointing salary for this role will be between $70,518 and $97,908 based on skills and experience.
