Cafe Manager

Exciting plans are in place for this beautifully built café located in an amazing Garden Centre. We are looking to recruit a Cafe Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Café at Mitre 10 MEGA Botany. The café is part of an existing well-known brand.

You will be customer focused, and demand the highest of standards, both of yourself and the team you manage. You will be organised, and methodical in your approach to the job with the ability to see the big picture and direct your team accordingly.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience at high level café or restaurant management
- Robust understanding around Food Control Plans and all areas of Health and Safety
- High level of personal and professional organisational skills
- Strong food knowledge with a great passion for coffee
- Loves customer interaction with exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and help them to develop and grow
- Flexible to work any day of the week
- Ability to help drive cafe/restaurant sales
- Most importantly you will be a Team Player
