- A few of our current roles (with more available at all different levels):_

**Commercial Broker - 1 x**
**Christchurch & 1 x Wellington**
- Managing renewals and advising on any amendments required for existing clients with the full support of a broker support administrator.
- Reviewing new client risk assessments and presenting back your recommendations and advice
- Ensuring compliance/ relevant documentation is managed effectively
- Generating your own leads pipeline by ensuring you are keeping in touch with both existing and new clients as well as referrals.
- Actively engage with your colleagues, sharing knowledge as well as celebrating wins and successes in the office.

**Domestic Broker - 1 x Hawkes Bay & 1 x Wellington**
- Effectively manage and organise the existing client portfolio, ensuring all client renewals are reviewed annually.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's personal insurance needs and tailor recommended coverage to align with their specific risk profile.
- Process client renewals in a timely manner.
- Identify growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio and leverage your unique relationship and knowledge to act upon these opportunities.
- Provide friendly, helpful, and timely financial advice to clients.

**Domestic Team Leader - Wellington**
- Similar to the above responsibilities but you will provide leadership and guidance to other Domestic Brokers.
- This role is suitable for a Domestic Broker looking for a step up into a leadership role.

- Existing experience within insurance - Personal Lines or Business/commercial space.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
