MASH is an accredited provider of community based residential and rehabilitation support services. We support a range of people with differing needs to live as independently as possible in the community and through community based programmes. We are currently seeking a Programme Coordinator to come on board and join our team.

**The Job**:
The Programme Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of quality day services through planning, implementation and ongoing support of the day services team. This will also involve assisting the people supported by MASH Trust to engage across a range of musical, sensory, art and craft, educational activities and other programs according to their needs.

**You will have**:

- Relevant experience working with people with an intellectual disability and complex needs is desirable
- Relevant qualification or the willingness to work towards one is essential
- A current full NZ driver’s licence and be able to drive both automatic and manual cars and vans
- A passion for developing and expanding opportunities for service users
- The ability to work in a team across a range of activity areas including assisting with personal cares
- Good documentation skills and familiarity with computer

**Hours of work**:
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 8am through to 4:30pm.
