Are you passionate about IT and want to kick off your professional career? **What is the role** Enjoy a balanced workweek with hours from Monday** to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM**, and an early finish on **Fridays at 3:00 PM**. Based across multiple client sites in West Auckland and working within the education sector you would be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues. Through face-to-face interaction and the ticket board you would provide excellent customer service to our clients and have the ability to communicate with non-technical people while prioritizing and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems. As part of this role, you will be completing daily timesheets which require attention to detail.
