We are seeking
an RMO Manager, to join the Clinical Services and Clinical Medical
Officer Teams. Reporting to the interim
director of patient care, nursing and midwifery, this role is instrumental to
supporting RMO - s in their delivery of patient care that is customer driven,
safety conscious and supports the needs of the local community.
This role is
involved with the recruitment and selection of RMO staff and supports newly
qualified staff and those on training programs.
Day to day work includes, general HR support, CME planning, rostering and
oversight of the operational budget for the service.
The ideal person will have experience with this type of
role and have a natural ability to build relationships with a range of people
and be customer service orientated. This is a faced paced role with regular
staff changes and the successful person needs experience maintaining advisory/business
partner support.
Other factors that will contribute to success
in this role includes;
- Understanding the principles of
MECA - s and associated legislative requirements.
- Including
leave and payroll execution
- Medical
council requirements
- Able to work with autonomy and
prioritise work
- Well-honed communication style
