**The role**

Based in our **Mi Piaci Riccarton **store and reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for:

- The overall operations and management of the store on a day-today basis in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Providing strong leadership, training and coaching for your team
- Maintaining and driving sales, ensuring the team stay motivated and are achieving targets
- Ensuring a great customer journey is prioritised within the store
- Creating and maintaining a positive in store culture
