We are ramping up our Production and currently have an opportunity for a full time Production operator to join our Production team. This role will be based in Penrose. The shift available is
- Afternoon: Afternoon Shift: 4pm-4am (3 days on, 4 days off & rotating)

**We’re looking for people who have**:

- Experience in food/FMCG production/manufacturing.
- Good working mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capability.
- Understanding of food safety requirements and good personal hygiene.
- Physically fit (able to stand on your feet for the whole day and lift up to 25kg).
- Able to problem solve and troubleshoot.
- Able to read, write and communicate in English effectively.
- Able to work safely and identify hazards.
- Displays a positive and enthusiastic “can do” attitude and retains a positive demeanour even in face of difficulties.
- Works as a team player and goes out of way to help.
- Continuously seeks to improve systems and procedures balancing efficiency with a quality and safety focus and attention to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP Standards).

**The Box Ticking Stuff**:

- Reliable transport to get to work
- In line with company policy, applicants will be required to complete pre-employment drug testing and a Criminal Conviction Check.
