**About the Role**

As the Scheduler for MRI and ECHO services, you will:

- Coordinate and manage patient bookings for MRI and ECHO scans.
- Monitor referral lists and prioritise urgent imaging requests.
- Maintain accurate patient information in RIS, WebPAS, and Clinical Portal.
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointment details and special instructions.
- Liaise with specialists and health practitioners to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Provide cross-cover for other Radiology administration roles when required.

**About you**

- Proven administration experience and computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and equity in healthcare.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player who supports and encourages other
- A proactive, patient-focused approach with outstanding organisational skill
