**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**

The Tuihono UC | UC Online Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing our lead generation and brand campaigns, as well as leading SEO and keyword research for our business unit. You'll have up to date knowledge on what platforms, placements and asset types to recommend, as well as the analytical skills to monitor and improve campaign performance. You'll work with UC's media buying partner to deliver multi-channel campaigns, predominantly in digital channels, across four campaigns per year.

The role is dynamic and diverse, suited for an individual who is keen to take the lead on digital campaigns, and excels in a fast-paced environment focussed on content that converts. You'll join a high performing team who will work alongside you in marketing automation, content strategy and design to deliver our campaigns. With new launches on the horizon, you'll be working on a large volume of products and channels, with the opportunity to A/B test and learn with each campaign.

While situated within the Tuihono UC | UC Online team, our team collaborates with the UC Marketing team as needed.

**Mōu | Who You Are**

To succeed in this role, you will have experience managing campaigns using tools such as Google Marketing Platform (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager), Meta for Business, LinkedIn Ads, as well as SEO research tools. Our team works with enterprise level tools, such as AEM and Adobe suite of web tools, to gain rich insights. Data analysis is a key skill required, as we'll look to you to make recommendations to optimise campaign performance and improve outcomes.

You will have strong communication skills, across multiple stakeholders and you'll find manage multiple projects and priorities with ease. Additionally, you will possess the following:

- a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications or a related field
- a minimum of 4 years' experience in a digital marketing role, with direct experience in managing campaigns and budgets
- experience leading, developing, and implementing SEO and keyword strategies, in collaboration with content specialists
- demonstrated experience evaluating and working with a range of media channels across the digital landscape
- experience with running experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to refine performance
- a data driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in digital marketing
- experience working in marketing for an education provider or related sector, is an advantage
- experience working in a start up style, or similarly fast paced environment is an advantage
