**_The Role/ Te mahi_**

We require an Outlet Assistant for the University of Otago Visitors’ Centre. This position will be an ideal starting point for a potential customer service superstar or for the experienced customer service provider looking for a return to the workforce. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and have immaculate presentation as this location receives many visitors to Dunedin. You should be a self-starter and have the ability to think on your feet in this vibrant and busy retail outlet.

The University Union is a commercial university owned operation comprising of 24 business units in 19 locations around campus and is part of the University’s Campus and Collegiate Life Services Division.

This is a permanent, part time (20 hours per week) position on a rostered basis primarily Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 2pm with the hours being flexible to meet demand.
