Receptionist (Casual)

**YMCA Taranaki**is currently seeking a friendly, mature and enthusiastic person for a **casual receptionist**role.

**Our reception is open** from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm on Friday, 9.00 am to 11.00 am on Saturday and 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm on Sunday. Flexibility is essential as rostered hours may include weekends as well as week time hours.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Eperience using Xero
- Experience using Sharepoint systems an advantage
- Experience in cash handling and eftpos payments
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A can do attitude with a sense of humour
