Bakery Assistant

PAK'nSAVE Westgate is looking for Bakery** Assistants **to join us in this **part-time **role.

**The role**

At PAK'nSAVE Westgate we're on a mission to be a truly customer driven business. You'll be joining a team of passionate individuals using their creative flair and knowledge of baking to surprise and delight our customers with an amazing product offering. Working the evenings, you will assist with the preparation of some of our sweet treats and also largely focus on cleanliness ensuring bakery standards are upheld.

**Core responsibilities will also include**:

- Get involved in a values-based team where you are 'in it together'.
- Maintaining and compliance with our Food Control Plan.

**About you**

With a focus on 'Thinking Customer', success in this role will also require.
- An interest in working with a team and being open to learning.
- Meticulous attention to detail to manage tasks within assigned processes and organise workload to achieve desired results.
- Excellent verbal communication skills - with a desire to engage meaningfully with the rest of the team.
- Able to think on your feet and be responsive in a fast-paced environment where speed and safety are equally important.

**This is a permanent part time role, and hours are fixed.**

- Wednesday 05.00 - 13.30_
- Thursday 05.00 - 13.30_
