**The role**

Based in Auckland you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and carrying out minor works on fire suppression systems within your designated area of responsibility. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our projects team providing assistance as needed.

**This will involve**:

- Providing a professional level of service to our customers
- Identifying defects and ensuring timely estimates and rectification to the client’s satisfaction
- Using technology to maintain records of completed assignments
- Maximising productivity via optimal route planning, time management and service delivery
- Be available to work on call

**You will need the following**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Level 3 NZQA qualifications (preferred)
- Sound knowledge of applicable standards and regulations as they pertain to the Fire industry
- Current Drivers License (mandatory)
- Ability to work in an unsupervised environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, plan and prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
- Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
