**What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga**

This is a dual role:
As a Customer Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in identifying customer needs and providing them with the right AA products, ensure great customer outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment, and be involved in a variety of tasks that includes processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions - this aspect of the role will be worked Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri.

As a Customer Liaison Consultant, you will be the face of the AA, offering a customer centric approach to those that visit our AA centres by greeting them on arrival to determine the reason for their visit, assisting with simple transactions and managing the customer flow and queues - this aspect of the role will be worked on Wednesdays.

This role is part-time worked Monday and Tuesday 10am-2pm and Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 8.30am-5pm.

Have a confident and calming nature with an ability to recognise and de-escalate situations as they arise
