Mō mātou - About us
Customer and Compliance Services (CCS) are the first point of contact for IR's customers, from individuals through to families and local and international businesses. As a team they make it easier for people to pay tax and receive the right entitlements, provide tax technical and legal support to the wider business, and are strongly connected to other public sector agencies.
Mō te tūnga - About the role
As a senior member of the team (Domain Specialist L2), you will be an expert relationship builder whose curiosity ensures continuous development and greater understanding of different business needs.

**You will also**:

- have experience working within a large and complex organisation where you have successfully managed multiple roles at any one time
- enjoy mentoring other members of the team and will have a history of supporting your colleagues, hiring managers and external providers to enable success
- have a minimum of five years' recruitment experience, some of which must have involved bulk recruitment.
