**Job Description**:

- Creating memorable guest experiences for our guests with emphasis on our Loyalty Members, VIPs and celebrating special moments - creating memories.
- Working closely with the Front Office team, driving the Accor Live Limitless program recruitment and being an _ALL _ambassador.
- Management and oversight of our online reputation, responding to our guest feedback promptly and with professionalism.
- Empower the Front Office team to be ALL Ambassadors & showcase 5 star guest service.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in a Guest Service leadership role
- A strong brand ambassador, representing Accor Hotels online reputation
- Guest Obsessed - a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- The ability to build rapport with guests both in person and via online reviews
