We are looking for a Traffic Supervisor to play a vital role in the delivery of Downer initiatives and activities within the Palmerston North region. Based out of Palmerston North, you will be exposed to a variety of projects where you will utilise your leadership skills. You’ll be someone who can lead the frontline and be responsible for ensuring that a positive, Zero Harm culture is maintained. You will be able to demonstrate your supervisory experience with responsibility & accountability for staff, plant and return on investment. Furthermore, you will have the following. - A Current Full Class 2 Licence, - Level 1 Site Traffic Management Supervisors (Practicing) qualification. - Excellent verbal, written and computer skills with an ability to effectively communicate at all levels. - An understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements relating to regulatory and industry standards. - Working knowledge of COPTTM/NZGTTM and how Traffic Management relates to our clients’ work activities. **Ko wai mātou | Our Organisation** Want to know more about what it is like to work at Downer?
