LightSpeed Tech Center is a centralized platform for LightSpeed Studios, including game engine, audio, QA, AI, tech partnership, research & development, and other tech-related teams.

**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement new gameplay and engine systems, in collaboration with other departments- Support and improve existing gameplay and engine systems, adapt them to the needs of new projects- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse technical constraints and establish solutions

**Requirements**:
- Very good understanding game engine technologies, able to integrate new features from other parties into game engine- Strong C/C++ skills and knowledge of advanced data structure, algorithm and 3d math
- Good understanding of performance considerations, with ability to design and implement well performance systems/features
- Proven ability to debug defects of a reasonable complexity, including memory related issues, multi-threading, and assembly level debugging
- Good communication skills that support an open and enthusiastic working environment
- Self-driven with a strong sense of quality
