**What will you do?**

We are on the lookout for a Campaign Manager to join our Christchurch based team to lead the design, management and delivery of all New Zealand campaigns to achieve brand, marketing and sales outcomes

This position is fixed term for at least 14 months to cover parental leave with handover on both sides.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Leading the design and management of all national, regional and marketing campaigns to deliver brand, marketing and sales outcomes
- Leading the development of campaigns to support the customer journey from lead to prospect to resident
- Planning and executing traditional and digital media campaigns to deliver marketing and sales objectives
- Developing and managing the day-to-day digital campaign execution for unit sales, in all digital media channels
- Working with the wider marketing and sales team and group marketing to develop standardized approaches to campaign development and execution
