**Mō **te tūranga | About the Role**

Kairos Service is based in Westmorland and is home to four young men in their 20's. We are looking for an energetic and committed Support Worker who is keen to help the four young men to engage with their community through activities like day trips, connecting with friends, pursuing job opportunities, and biking adventures. We are looking for a Support Worker who can bring energy and enthusiasm to this role while maintaining clear boundaries. A passion for biking, cars, and community engagement is essential to inspire these young men and help them thrive

This position's salary scale is set by pay equity and dependant on qualification level, pays between $23.15 and $28.25 per hour.

**Nga **haora kua tohua | Rostered hours**:

- Sunday 4pm to 10pm, 10pm to 7am (Sleepover)
- Monday 7am to 9am, 4pm to 10pm, 10pm to 7am (Sleepover)
- Tuesday 7am to 9am

Hands on hours 32 Sleepover hours: 36

Total Hours per fortnight: 68

Your aroha and approach is what really matters at Hōhepa - previous experience is not a prerequisite because we provide on-the-job training. You will either be an experienced Support Worker looking for a change or you are simply looking for a career where your enthusiasm and passion for helping others will make a real difference in people’s lives.
