The essential characteristics are flexibility, honesty, and reliability. **Requirements**: - The ability to stand for extended periods. - The ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances. - Strong communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills. **Responsibilities**: - One part starts in the kitchen to prepare breakfast for our guests and tidy up the kitchen. - Cooking lunch and dinner for us all (4-6 people) and maybe helping the housekeeper. - The other part, if it is a couple is to give a hand outside the house: Gardening, mowing, vineyard work, etc.
