**Your Role**

The **Beauty Innovation Executive**will play a key role in driving our brand’s innovation strategy, working closely with the Innovation Director to streamline processes across cross-functional teams in China and New Zealand, as well as commercial teams—especially in the US. This role involves analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to uncover exciting opportunities that will shape the future of our innovation pipeline.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and execution across innovation projects.
- Organize and manage sample collection, trials, feedback, showroom samples, and prototypes.
- Oversee the purchase and ordering of benchmark products for research and development.
- Analyze beauty trends on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram to identify key insights.
- Provide weekly updates on the most relevant trends to inform product development.
- Monitor new product launches across all categories at Ulta, Sephora, and Target in the US.
- Track and manage project elements, including claim lists, timelines, and other key deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of innovation projects.
- Support product development by maintaining an organized and efficient workflow
- Analyse and interpret key data to guide strategic decision-making
- Stay informed on consumer insights, sales trends, and competitor activity to refine innovation strategies and contribute to brainstorming sessions

**Skills and Experience**:

- You studied business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects, samples, and timelines efficiently.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including Excel (pivot tables, etc.), to interpret key insights.
- Creativity and a forward-thinking mindset to envision the next big beauty trends.
- Deep passion for the beauty industry with an inquisitive and curious approach to innovation
