The Flight Centre Travel Group Learning and Development Lead (Leadership & Professional Skills) works in partnership with Flight Centre Travel Group businesses, People and Culture, Global Learning & Development teams, and all members of the NZ Learning and Development team.

**About the role. Mō te Tūranga**
- Maintaining the relationship between the Global Leadership L&D team, and the NZ L&D team
- Ensuring an effective onboarding process for all new leaders in the NZ business
- Conducting training needs analysis with NZ business leaders
- Collaborate with the Global Leadership L&D team in the instructional design of leadership & professional skills programs
- Effective delivery of leadership & professional skills programs, both virtual and face to face
- Evaluating learning program effectiveness, and completing global & regional reporting as required

**About you. mo koe**
- You'll have L&D experience
- Experience leading teams, or leadership development experience
- Proven ability to create accountability.
- Ability to clearly articulate knowledge.
- Proven ability to build strong business partnerships/relationships.
- Travel industry experience would be a bonus
