**The hours and days for this Customer Service Manager position are **Sunday to Thursday 07.00-16.30
**Have the run of the floor in this busy and customer focused environment. As Customer Service Manager you could expect to be**:

- Overseeing the Checkout, Online and Office departments ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day and week to week
- Completing general administration for the store including maintenance of compliance records
- Recruiting, training and developing team members within the Customer Service Department
- Championing Occupational Health and Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors

**We are looking for our new Customer Service Manager to have**:

- A passion for excellent customer experience and team first approach
- Excellent organisation and prioritization skills
- Proven leadership abilities and success training and developing your team
- First aid, general managers, food safety certificate and LQC - preferred but not required
