We are looking for a superstar leader to support our Travel Essential stores in Auckland Airport Terminal in a fixed term capacity for 6 months.

This is a faced paced, varied and hands-on role with a strong focus on customer service and people management. As **Store Manager**, you will be responsible for managing all the aspects of our **Travel Essential Stores **at **Auckland Airport which includes Relay, Hub Convenience and the Travel Pop Up Store**. You will lead by example and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many ‘hats’ to ensure our brands are well presented and our customers’ desires are fulfilled.

**We are looking for a leader who will**:

- Provide a high standard of customer service and be a true brand ambassador
- Manage the stores effectively and efficiently
- Lead from the front and ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures
- Demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced environment

**To be successful you will have**:

- Demonstrate solid retail operational experience and people management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal/written communication
- Good understanding of business dynamics
- Nurturing and hands on approach
- Strong motivator/experience in coaching and developing team members
- Ability to think on your feet with a real sense of urgency
