We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and are looking for a detail-oriented **Office Administrator** to join our team and help ensure smooth operations across our office and field services, who will be responsible for the following duties:

- Provide general administrative support to the management and team, including handling correspondence, filing, and maintaining office systems.
- Assist in the prepara1on and distribu1on of reports, documents, and presentations.
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the team.
- Maintain accurate records and manage data entry for various company systems and databases.
- Support the accounts team with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the smooth opera1on of daily office functions.
- Assist in coordina1ng staff training, onboarding, and HR documenta1on.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed for office-related tasks.
- Perform any other administra1ve du1es as required to support the efficient running of the business.

**Other important requirements**:

- Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability to work on weekends
- Self-motivated and a passionate individual

- Team-worker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
