**The Opportunity**

We are seeking Vineyard Operators to join our growing viticulture team. Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, responsibilities will include:

- Tractor and machinery operations
- Irrigation operations
- Hands-on vineyard maintenance
- Harvest operations

**The successful applicant will**
- Love working outdoors and be physically fit to perform the duties
- Be motivated to learn new skills and excited about the prospect of working in a high performing team
- Have a clean driver’s license
- Possess a good eye for detail and naturally take pride in their work
- Be a strong communicator with a positive attitude
- Experience in vineyard operations is preferred but not essential
