We also provide continuous training and coaching on product knowledge, our online technology and cross training in other departments to help accelerate your career, or gig, with us.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
**Picking and packing orders accurately, efficiently and safely for Online Customers while also being accessible to customers for product inquiries on the shop floor.**

**Communicating with other departments regarding any out of stocks, substitutions and other enquiries relating to online customer enquiries.**

**Carrying out cleanliness and maintenance duties around the Online Department.**

**Demonstrating a positive attitude towards Health and Safety for yourself and others around you.

**This is a casual Online Assistant position and we ask for flexibility across a 7 day roster, you may be called at short notice to cover shifts in the store roster.
