Production Coorindator

Opportunity for deadline driven coordinator to drive and support the asset production for quarterly releases of all Les Mills group training programs.

**The role**:
The Production Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day to day running of our production department. This is a full-time 40 hour per week role and is an office-based position. Due to the nature of filming schedules, this role requires occasional weekend work.

This can be a busy role and see you undertaking a wide range of support including,
- Coordinate writing and proofing of choreography notes
- Data entry and proofing of choreography note information into InDesign templates
- Undertaking quality control checks on our video content, including technical checks
- Preparing documentation to support video production and post production
- Supporting the presenters during masterclass filming
- Audience and talent coordination and chaperoning
- Creating purchase orders and processing invoices
- Ad hoc support for the creative team

**About you**:

- Solid command of Microsoft office
- 1+ years’ experience in office coordination or administration role
- Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to existing procedures and processes around pre-production planning and filming.
- Attentive to detail, customer oriented in your approach and comfortable dealing with the cyclical nature of our production cycle.
- Customer service focused and willing to go the extra mile
